1. What you’re buying

A one-time set of detailed rental results for the city you select, generated from the answers you give us in the search form. The results include verified broker/owner contact numbers, direct source links, and details (rent, BHK, locality, furnishing, parking) for recent public rental listings, delivered as a branded PDF.

We are an information service. We do not list properties, broker deals, hold deposits, or guarantee any outcome from contacting the people listed in your results.

2. Information accuracy

We make a best-effort attempt to keep listings, contacts and prices accurate. The rental market changes — prices, availability and phone numbers can be out of date by the time you read them. Verify everything independently before paying any money to a broker or landlord.

3. What you should never do

• Pay anyone based on the results alone without inspecting the property and verifying the person’s credentials.
• Share your results / PDF link publicly — it’s personalised to you.
• Republish, scrape or resell the contents.

4. Acceptable use of contacts

Contact details are shared for your own rental search. Don’t use them for cold marketing, scraping, or any commercial purpose unrelated to renting.

5. Payment & pricing

Prices are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes. The price for the full detailed results is ₹99. Payment is processed by Razorpay; their terms also apply for the payment step. See our refund policy for cancellations.

6. Liability

Our liability for any claim relating to the results is limited to the amount you paid for them. We are not liable for any rental decision, security-deposit dispute, or broker interaction you have after buying.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page.

8. Governing law & contact
