Refund Policy

Full refund — automatic
We refund 100% of your ₹99 in any of these cases:
- You complete payment but don’t receive the results email within 10 minutes
- The download link doesn’t open or returns an error
- The file is corrupted or unreadable
- Razorpay double-charged you for the same order
Email hello@rentkochi.in with your order confirmation. We refund within 24 working hours. Razorpay typically credits the original method within 5–7 business days.
Discretionary refund — case by case
If you read the results and feel they don’t give what was promised on the landing page, email us within 7 days of purchase with specifics. We review each case and refund where the complaint is reasonable.
What we do not refund
- Outcomes from contacting brokers/owners listed — we don’t control whether they respond, have properties available, or quote a fair price
- Rental decisions you make — we’re an information service, not a broker
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase
How to request
Email hello@rentkochi.in with subject “Refund — <your order ID>”. Include your Razorpay payment ID (in your receipt), the email used for the order, and a line on why you’re asking. We confirm within 24 hours.
